Yeung Kai states:-

I am 29 years of age. I reside in the Chin Sang Yun Artificial Flower and Shoe Shop in Hollywood Road. I have been living there a long time. When I left the gambling house I went to live there. I left the gambling house between the 7th and 8th moon of last year. I refer to the gambling house in Cheung Hing Street.

I was first employed at the Cheung Hing Street gambling house in the beginning of last year. It was in the first moon of last year. Ban Chi employed me. He engaged me to distribute bribes to various people. My wages were 50 cents a day. I resided in the offices of the gambling house. When I first was engaged it was in a lane at the back of the Un King Lan Eating House. I do not know the name of the lane. I resided there from the 1st moon of last year till the 7th moon of last year. I went to the country in the 8th moon and I came back to Hongkong in the 9th moon.

I then went to live at the Chim Sang Yun. I am myself a dealer in men's jackets between Hongkong and Canton.

I have not been employed in the gambling house
